Vines of St Emilie

Vines Seniors Group

The main aim of the group is to build a fellowship among the seniors in the community, through sharing stories, and activities and a sense of belonging .

The group’s Patron Saint is St Anthony of Padua, the Patron Saint of theĀ Ā  Elderly.

Seniors gather on the first Tuesday of every month (excluding January) at 9.30 am to spend half an hour in Church for the Rosary and reflection, before adjourning to the meeting hall for morning tea, group activities,Ā  games and lunch.

Excursions such as visits to the Casino and pilgrimages are also organized from time to time

Participation is open to anyone who would like to attend. Regulars are encouraged to bring their friends. Transportation is arranged for those who need it.
