Acolytate

ACOLYTES

In the Perth Archdiocese Acolytes receive a permanent appointment to the ministry, renewable every 5 years.  Practical training is given at the Parish level, in line with the principles and directions of the Roman Missal.

The Acolytes assist the Priest at Mass.  It is their responsibility to prepare the altar and the sacred vessels and to help distribute Eucharist to the faithful.

A Coordinator rosters acolytes and conducts a monthly meeting each second Friday of the month.

For more information, contact the Parish Priest  (Fr. Jean-Noël Marie), Assistant Priest (Fr. Victor Manuel Lujano).
